apparently Behr white cedar stain has been discontinued. Do you know what it has been replaced by or what would be the closest color?

I do not have a clue, but I would not recommend using it on a log home.

Wow another person loved that color too eh?! I emailed Behr and spent hrs trying to find a matching color. The best I can tell you is to mix equal parts 1-1 of Behr 500 and 501 together. Looks almost the same as the White Cedar - I also mixed Cabot-Clear Solution 1 Cedar- .5 Heartwood- .25 Pacific Redwood. Came out a litte more reddish, but also simular.
Good Luck.

Also Olympic Pre-mixed Cedar Stain is very simular too.

We are removing Supernatural..awful product. Live on lake with severe NW winds of rain sleet and snow. Am on info overload on what product to put on for low maint, natual cedar. Behr Rawhide touted and others but everybody has a sales pitch. Leaning to oil base but want tough weather against weather.
